10 Tips to Get Approved by Google Adsense for Your Blog or Website
Since the last few years, we have seen an increase in the trend of online earnings. Every second person is busy in searching the ways of earning some bucks online. In under developed countries such as India and Pakistan, online earning is so popular that everybody wants some extra bucks.
Blogging is the most popular trend these days. Every newbie has a mindset that they can start earning online just by making a blog on Blogger, Wordpress or Tumblr. Well to some extent, they are right but earning online is not as simple as one might think.
Today, there are over 280 million blogs/websites in the world. Some of the blogs are earning hundreds/thousands of dollars per months. There are many services like Adsense PPC, Buy Sell Ads (BSA's), Clicksor etc. who pays you if you follow the right procedure. Among all of these, Google Adsense is the most popular service. It pays the higher rate of PPC (Pay Per Click).
Google Adsense displays the targeted advertisements on a blog. On getting an ad clicked, you get paid. Every new blogger wants to get approved by the Google Adsense but due to not having the right knowledge, majority of them get disapproved.
Getting an Adsense account approved by the Google is a big headache for every new blogger because these days Google has changed its policies. Now having the exact knowledge is very important before you apply for the Google Adsense.
Today, I have decided to share some tips to get approval of Google Adsense. If you follow these tips carefully, I guarantee you will easily get approved by the Google Adsense. So lets start:
1. Get a Top Level Domain Name
After you set up your blog on your desired platform, buy a custom domain name (i.e., xyz.com) for your site. Make sure to buy a top level domain name which reflects your blog niche. Purchasing a custom domain name is very important because google will not accept your application for adsense approval if you are using a free domain (e.g., xyz.blogspot.com or xyz.wordpress.com). Try to buy a domain for minimum of 2 years so that Google understands you are serious about blogging. To buy a domain, I'd recommend you to use GoDaddy.
After purchasing a domain, wait for 6 months before applying for adsense (It is the policy of Google for the blogs of China, India & Pakistan). You need to work hard during these first 6 months.

2. Quality and Unique Content (Avoid Piracy)
Try to write unique and quality content. Your blog must have 60-70 posts before you apply for Google Adsense. It is recommended to write 300-500 words post. Write long posts and try to make tutorials. Also make sure that you write for the readers, not for the search engines. Google love unique content so be serious in writing posts. Try to write intresting and useful material which appeal the readers. Also make sure you write according to your niche. That way Google will categorize your blog in the search results. It is rcommended that you write 5-6 posts per week.
Note: Make sure your site is not having any pirated or copyright material. If Google finds anything copyright conflicting, they will not consider this eligible for adsense.
3. Increase Your Blog Traffic
Try to increase your blog traffic. Your blogger is must getting over 300 visitors per day in order to be eligible for the Google Adsense. You can increase blog traffic by writing unique and quality content, use a beautiful template and use of targeted keywords in your blog posts. It is also important that you are getting organic traffic (i.e., the traffic you get from search engines) because Google loves traffic from search engines and considers your blog valuable for the readers.
4. Decrease Bounce Rate
Try to reduce the bounce rate of your site. When a visitor visits a site while searching for his relative content, if the site doesn't have the content related to his need, he will left the site immediatly. The more quickly a visitor left a site, the more will be the bounce rate. So write quality posts for the readers so that they stay at your site longer. Also try to use internal links in the posts, this way you will be able to reduce the bounce rate.
5. Optimize Your Site For Search Engines
Optimize your site for search engines. Make sure your site is loading fast. According to a research, 70% of the users leave a site if it takes more than 4sec to load. Try to use relative and targeted keywords in your blogs posts. Also make sure to use ALT attributes for your blog images. This way, it will be a better chance for your blog to be ranked in the search results.
6. Use Proper and Easy Site Navigation
Google loves sites with beautiful and proper designs. Try to make your site easy to navigate. Try to create menus, primary & secondary menus navigation. Categories your posts so that the user can navigate to different categories easily. A site having easy navigation has a better chance to get approved by the google adsense.
7. About, Contact & Privacy Policy
You should add pages such as Contact Us, About & Privacy Policy. Give a form in Contact Us section to let the visitors contact you. Also try to tell about your site, discuss the niche of the site and tell the audience about which your site is all about. Tell them about your goals and future activities. Add a section/page of privacy policy and tell them how much you care about the privacy of your visitors. Google prefer sites having a proper privacy policy and hence it helps the site to get approved.
8. Remove Ads of Other Companies
Before applying for Google Adsense, you must have to remove the ads of other companies from your blog. Google will reject your application if you are already using the ads of some other companies such as Infolinks, Clicksor etc.
9. Provide Proper Information
While applying for Google Adsense, provide the proper information about yourself, your blog, residense address, phone number etc. Provide the residence address with House Number, Street Number, Area Code, City and State. If your provided information is incomplete or wrong, google will reject it.
10. Apply Only Once
This is the real problem with the new blogger. After they are rejected by the Google, they keep on reapplying again and again. By this, they get blacklisted by the Google and hence, in the future they cannot get benefit from the Google Adsense. So it is advised to apply for the Google Adsense only once. If you are eligible according to the criteria, you will get approved otherwise not.
